Hire Charges

In addition to our Auditorium and Stage we have rooms for small performances, meetings, rehearsals and as additional dressing rooms.  Please note there is no disabled access to the upstairs of the building, where the Etone, Milby and Upstairs Bar are located. Minimum charge is 3 hours/session.   VAT is not charged on hire of these rooms

Etone room – Our largest room 9.4m x 6.4m (60m²) with sprung dance floor and separate male and female toilets.

Milby room – Carpeted, 8m x 5.5m (44m²)

Upstairs Bar – L shaped with curtain to divide it from the access corridor to the Etone when used as a dressing room.  6.5m x 5.5m (28m² usable floor area)

Foyer Bar – 15m x 7m (80m² public area), suitable for meetings, small comedy or acoustic music performances when the Auditorium is not in use

Professional & Corporate

Etone, Milby or Foyer Bar, daytime until 5pm – £35/hour, £285/day

Etone, Milby or Foyer Bar evening from 5pm – £35/hour

Dance, Theatre, Performing Arts & Singing schools

Etone or Foyer Bar – £21/hour

Milby – £17/hour

Upstairs Bar- £12/hour

Amateur Groups & Mainstream Primary Schools

Etone, Foyer Bar or Milby – £9.50/hour

Upstairs bar free of charge for Amateur Groups and Mainstream Primary Schools when hiring the Etone, Upstairs Bar and Milby

Tea/coffee/water can be provided for room hires, £7.20 (£6 per person per day plus VAT)

Stage/Auditorium hire includes our standard lighting rig and sound using wired microphones.  For information on additional Technical Charges, please review ‘Appendix B’ of the Technical Specifications.
